Rupert Verrel brings more than 25 years of experience across property acquisitions, development, new-build projects, and project management. Throughout his career, he has overseen a broad range of residential and commercial ventures, managing projects from acquisition and planning through to delivery and completion.
Rupert has extensive experience in portfolio building for clients across the UK, Germany, Spain, Gibraltar, and the United States, with a combined portfolio value exceeding £1 billion. His international experience and market knowledge have enabled him to identify strategic opportunities across multiple regions and economic cycles, helping clients maximise long-term value and investment growth.
With a practical, hands-on approach and a strong track record in identifying development opportunities, Rupert has successfully coordinated complex projects while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery. His expertise includes site sourcing, strategic development planning, contractor management, and overseeing construction programmes from concept through to completion.
Rupert plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and maintaining its commitment to professionalism, quality, and long-term value creation.
Sunny Jay

Sunny Jay has over 12 years of experience supporting and managing residential property developments, with a background in project management, property management, and business development. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, assisting with the coordination and day-to-day management of developments from planning through to completion.
Sunny has extensive experience working closely with contractors, clients, and suppliers to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. His practical, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills have played an important role in the successful delivery and management of numerous residential properties.
Alongside his operational responsibilities, Sunny also contributes to the company’s business development activities and ongoing growth, helping to build strong client relationships and support the company’s long-term objectives.
